About Coach Hannah

Hi I'm Coach Hannah Cackowski! I'm the founder and coach of HCSP. I am a passionate coach, avid sports fan, lifelong athlete, and supporter of all female athletes. I created HCSP to share my knowledge and experience with young women, and help give them the resources that I didn't have when I was growing up.

Growing up I was always a competitor and active kid. I found my passion for gymnastics and cheerleading at a young age and also found a passion for training and improving my performance. I was always looking for ways to make myself a better athlete. I started coaching younger athletes as a freshman in high school and continued competing and coaching throughout college.

I completed my bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Delaware. While there I completed several strength and conditioning internships, building a foundation for coaching strong athletes. My senior year I won a national championship with the cheerleading team at UD. I went on to study for my masters degree in Integrated Exercise Science at Cedar Crest College, during which I designed and executed a research study on strength training for adolescent dancers.

I currently work for St Luke's Sports Performance, where I have spent 3 years working with athletes ages 6 through 19 in soccer, field hockey, football, cross country, cheerleading, lacrosse, swimming, track and field, baseball, softball, basketball, wrestling, ice hockey, gymnastics, dance, and more. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA and I am also certified in Basic Olympic Lifting (BOLC). I continue to grow in my field and learn how to develop strong and healthy athletes, and my passion for coaching drives me every day.
